Planning Team for Families in Mission: Mission Summit 2015

Members include:

Anita Coleman (Irvine Pres.)

Kathleen Julian (Yorba Linda Pres.)

Ginger Longwell (Canvas, Irvine), and

Beverly Powell (New Hope Pres., Orange)

Cheryl Raine (First Pres. Garden Grove)

The 2015 Mission Summit will be on 7th February, 2015, First Presbyterian Church, 11832 Euclid St., Garden Grove. The Keynote Speaker will be Prof. Dave Scott (Fuller) and the topic is: Children in Mission. If you’d like to help with the Planning team, please just fill in the form below. Here are some of the teams on which you can serve – most of them only require your help on the day of the Summit:

  • Prayer Warriors;
  • Greeters (welcome our guests);
  • Hospitality/Refreshments (prepare and serve the Continental Breakfast and replenish refreshments periodically);
  • Kitchen crew (cleanup);
  • Decor (decorate the Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, and Meeting rooms as you are inspired);
  • Facilitators (introduce the speakers to the audience);
  • Registration (check attendees in and hand out the program booklet); and
  • Blessings Raffle (set out the gifts, make sure every guest has a raffle ticket and help pick out the winning numbers).
